The FCA Pacific Region Ferrari Concours at the 1999 version of Concorso Italian featured over 200 Ferraris on the 18th green at the Quail Lodge. The feature this year was the 100th anniversary of Fiat, and the center green was filled with all sorts of Fiats and their variations; from the early years, the 8V's, Osca's, 500 and 600 versions, Fiat Dinos and the latest sports coupe (which is not available in the U.S.!)

Also on the field were the Lamborghinis that caravaned up from Los Angeles led by Mario Andretti for the "Running of the Bulls." Cadillac was a major sponsor and had the latest show car the Evoque on display. Surrounding the field were the vendors of Italian wares of all kinds, from food to clothes to all the parts and goodies that were hard to pass up!

Best of Show was awarded to the beautiful 342 America #0248AL now owned by Jack Thomas and restored by Tillack and Co.

The Stan Nowak Memorial Award for the Outstanding GT went to Jeff Barney and his 330GT 2+2 #7761.

The Phil Hill Award for the Ferrari of Special Merit was presented to the 412 5-speed #64487 owned by Andrew Alcazar of Phoenix, AZ.

The Preservation Award went to the 410SA #0715SA owned by Chris LaPorte of Beecher, IL.
Thanks to Ferrari Market Letter for the class results.
